Who we work with

Who we work with.

01

Architects & Specifiers

For architects and specifiers

You need a film that meets performance targets without changing the facade you designed. We provide manufacturer data, manufacturer specification sections, and film samples and sample panels on request, so the right film goes into the drawings.

02

General Contractors & CMs

For general contractors and construction managers

Film is a small line item that can still hold up close-out. We give you bid-ready pricing, complete your prequalification form, and send a crew that works to your schedule and site rules.

03

Property, Facility & Capital Project Teams

For one building or a whole portfolio

Hot zones, glare complaints, security gaps or graffiti, across one building or a whole portfolio. One assessment, one proposal, one standard of installation at every site.

Solutions

What we solve.

Start with what the building is doing. We'll tell you what film can fix, and what it can't.

02

Washed-out screens, blinds always down, faded finishes.

Heat, Glare & UV Control

Usable daylight and protected interiors.

03

Open glass where people need discretion.

Privacy & Decorative

Privacy, wayfinding and branding on existing glazing.

04

Glass as the weak point.

Safety & Security

Film systems that hold broken glass together and, where specified, attach it to the frame.

06

Repeated bird strikes on reflective elevations.

Bird-Friendly Film

Patterned film that makes glass visible to birds while people inside still see out.

Try it

Lay the film.

Drag the squeegee across the window and watch what happens to the light.

  1. Glare softens on the screens.
  2. The desk by the window is usable again.
  3. Fading slows on furniture and floors.

Illustration only. Your site assessment tells you what your glass can take.

Safety & security film

Security film is a system, not a sticker.

Film on its own holds broken glass together. Where the risk calls for more, the film is attached to the frame with a structural-silicone (wet-glaze) or mechanical attachment system, so the glass stays in the opening. We assess glass type, frame and threat level before recommending anything.

No film makes glass bullet-proof or break-in-proof. The right system buys time and reduces injury from flying glass.

FAQs

Start here

The questions architects, contractors and facility teams ask us first.

Can film crack my glass?

On some glass, film can add heat stress. That's why we assess the glass before recommending anything, and we'll tell you if a pane isn't a good fit.

Will film void my glazing warranty?

It depends on the glass and on the warranty. We review both before we recommend a film, and we show you what we found.

We have low-e glass. Can it take film?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. The assessment checks your coatings first, so the film matches the glass.

Will this disrupt our occupied floors?

We schedule installs around occupants and other trades, protect the work area, and clean up as we go.

Who do I call if something goes wrong?

Your project contact. One point of contact from the first site walk to close-out.

Budget pricing

Have drawings? Send them over.

Elevations, a window schedule, or a few phone photos of the glass. We'll come back with budget pricing and the questions we still need answered.
